Monitor facility adherence to treatment plans, safety protocols and regulatory standards, addressing discrepancies if found.

Wherever is convenient for you within the Portland, OR metro area. If you’d like us to accompany you to an appointment, we can do that. If it’s convenient to meet at your home, we will see you there. We are also available via online meetings, phone and text.
